This unit is in charge of carrying out the different clinical trials to be carried out in humans for the testing of different drugs and vaccines.

Its purpose is to carry out clinical trials in its different phases on medicines, vaccines and the like, which are applied for the promotion, prevention, cure and recovery of the most prevalent diseases in Peru.

• Conduct clinical trials on drugs.
• Conduct clinical trials on vaccines and the like.
