Dr. Nilo Bonifacio Morales

Medical Surgeon (USMP), specialist in Medicine of Infectious and Tropical Diseases (UNMSM), Master’s degree in Epidemiology (UNMSM), Diploma in Clinical Trials Coordination (Technical University: Barcelona – Spain), Member of the Peruvian Society of Infectious and Tropical Diseases, training in infectology at the Emilio Rivas Institute (Sao Paulo – Brazil), with 10 years of experience in clinical trials.

Principal Investigator for Clinical Trial Centers (HNDAC and USMP), undergraduate lecturer (USMP, UCS), and postgraduate tutor in the specialty of Infectious and Tropical Diseases at URP.

Infectious Disease Physician in the Infectology Service of HNDAC (Callao).

Dra. Elizabeth F. Polo Polo

Medical professional with over 14 years of experience in Clinical Research, serving as Regulatory Affairs (RA) Leader in Latin America, as well as Project Manager, Clinical Studies Monitor, and Quality Auditor in Good Clinical Practices (GCP) for the pharmaceutical industry and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) of the United States of America. Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) by the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA), member of the Society of Quality Assurance (SQA), and graduate of the Master’s in Clinical Research program at the Faculty of Human Medicine at USMP.

Mg. Julio C. Luque Espino

Master of Clinical Research (University of San Martín de Porres). Diploma in Good Practices, Bioethics and Regulation of Clinical Research (Peruvian University Cayetano Heredia), with certification in Good Clinical Practices (NIDA), training in Executive Management Education (Peruvian University of Applied Sciences), Pharmaceutical Chemist (National University of San Marcos). Professional experience in the national and transnational pharmaceutical industry in the areas of Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs and Regulatory Affairs. Undergraduate and postgraduate professor in the courses of Microbiology and Pharmaceutical Industry, respectively (USMP).

Dr. Diego Rolando Venegas Ojeda

Medical Oncologist, Master in Biostatistics with postgraduate degrees in Public Management and Government and in Formulation and Evaluation of Investment Projects, regular professor at the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia. With 22 years of professional experience, 14 years as a teacher and researcher, 10 years as a public policy manager and scientific and technological research and innovation manager. He has served as coordinator of the National Cancer Plan, Head of Comprehensive Health Insurance, Head of the Intangible Solidarity Health Fund, Vice Minister of Health, Manager of Public Health of the Municipality of San Borja.

Among its achievements are the implementation of the Hope Plan that has treated more than half a million cancer patients, the implementation of the National Telehealth Network with more than 2,300 connected establishments, implementation of the National Health Center 113, Implementation of the first city intelligent in health, the first Municipal Health Observatory. His work has been recognized with the Medal of Honor from the Medical College of Peru (2015), Decoration in the Degree of Grand Cross of the Order “Hipólito Unanue” by the Ministry of Health (2021) and double Winner of the highest award for Peruvian innovation: Business creativity (2021) in the categories Local and regional management and Health and Hygiene for the Smart City Health San Borja Project. Recognition of the PCM Decentralization Secretary by the Integrated Health Network Management, territorial management model (2022), 2nd Place PHC Good Practices Contest by PAHO by the San Borja District Health Committee (2022).
